Impiana KLCC Hotel

Last December, I have to finish my annual leave since I can't carry forward to next year...setelah di fikir2..di congak2 budget..we decided to spend 1 nite at KL only...hehe..mesti ada org cakap.."apalah buang duit overnite kat KL"..kan kan..hehehe...nak pegi PD dah muak sgt...rate pun  lbh kurang...tol lagi...petrol lagi..sesekali tukar selera...eceli our intention was to discuss our plan for 2013 (hah!!! nak discuss plan pun kena stay kat hotel..hehe alasan je tu..)....coz 2013 will be a hard year for us as both my kid will sit for UPSR & PMR....huhu...

We checked in on Friday..(lupa bgtau..we left our kids at home n mintak tolong my sister dtg umah after work cz my doter had tuition that nite and both of them gave their consent for us to spend holiday without them..tq hanie & adam...)

Hotel ni ada promotion weken rate..so we all dpt rate RM248 per nite...reasonable kan...the details are as follow:=
Date : 28 Dec 2012
Total per nite : RM287. 68 (incl tax RM39.68)
Room : Superior (Queen) - bilik ni x de view KLCC...dia mengadap belakang bangunan..
Breakfast included
Walking distance to KLCC, Pavillion and Bukit Bintang..ada connected pedestrian bridge to these 3 places from the hotel...bridge ni ada air cond n security guard..hehe..nampak sgt dah lama x pegi KL..tak tau pun psl bridge ni..
















 boleh tukar pillow mana yg kita berkenan...



 huh! memang sedap betul croissant tu...berketul2 me makan....yummy..

Conclusionnya...may b 1 day nak bring my kids to stay here...weken gateway..release2 tension...haha..x abis2 tension..my hubby always kata "balik dari cuti, tension lagi..so apa maknanya bercuti.." heh jgnlah marah cik abang..tu maknanya kita kena selalu bercutii...

Agar-Agar Mata Kucing

Recipe from  AlongRoz ...sekali pandang dah jatuh cinta...all this while, memang berkenaan sesangat dgn kejadian2 agar2 AlongRoz..sangat kreatif..sumenya cantik...so bersemangat mencari bahan2nya....

Size: 8" square or heart shape
INGREDIENTS:
13g Jelly / Agar-Agar Powder
700 liter Water
150g Palm Sugar
70g Sugar
1 can Longan
200ml Evaporated Milk

METHOD:
1. Boil jelly powder and water until dissolved.
Add in both types of sugar & stir until dissolved.
Add in juice from canned Longan (measuring about 300ml).
2. Divide the jelly mixture into two equal parts.
Add milk to one part & pour into mould.
Add 200ml water to the other portion.
3. Once the bottom part has slightly set, arrange Longan fruit on top.
Pour the clear portion slowly and let it set at room temperature.
4. Chill before serve.


But mine is not that "cantik" as AlongRoz...mula2 elok je kejadiannya tapi bila nak terbalikkan, portion susu terpecah sikit..huhu..dan buah longan tu berterabur wpun mulanya dah susun elok2..dah habis lemah lembut masa tuang portion x de susu tu...memang dasar tangan keras..hehe
