Restoran Aroma Hijrah - Makanan Arab

Baru2 nie after my kids finished their kumon's class, we all head to Restaurant makanan arab for dinner..that was our first time eating at the restaurant..so order 1 dulang for 3-4 people nasi mandy & ayam grill..if we take single plate, the price is quite expensive..so for me,  memang sedap..licinn..hehe..

Puding Jagung

Musim exam dah bermula...my doter Hanie request nak makan puding jagung...org sibuk study dia leh la terpikir pasal food..emmm xpelah..layan jelah..google lah resipi...hopefully menjadi cz before this pernah buat tapi x menjadi...alhamdulillah menjadi..rasa yang perfect..x manis sgt...jom tgk resipi

Puding Jagung

1 cawan tepung custard
1 cawan pati santan (me guna yg santan kotak/pack)
3 cawan air
3/4 cawan gula*
1/2 sudu teh garam*
1 tin jagung manis

* yg ini me follow salah seorang yg dah cuba resipi ni

1. Satukan semua bahan & kacau sebati supaya tepung tak berketul

2. Masukkan dalan periuk dan masak atas api sederhana.  Kacau till adunan likat & berkilat.

3. Tuang dalam loyang & sejukkan.

Mudahkan...

Hong Kong - Day 2 (11 March 2012)

Pagi2 dah bangun..excited nak memulakan jln2 di HK..myself a bit curios gak coz I will become the tour leader...whether I can manage everything...ok 1st we went to MTR station...alhamdulillah signage was very clear...so x de lah terpinga2.. since we all used octopus card, so lagi senang...our destination today The Peak/Madamme Tussauds & Citigate Outlets & Fa Yuen (Sports) streets, Mongkok..eceli my plan was not to go to these place on weeken due to the crowds..but the peak tram will be closed for maintenance starting tomorrow...

We reached the Peak quite early...shops pun masih closed except for cafe...and the weather was very very cold...eceli we are not prepared for this situation..checked kat tenet wthether is around 16..so ingatkan x delah sejuk sgt..lagipun forecast weather bukan selalu betul pun...hehe..hah ambik ko..hari ni 12 c...so jadilah org kuat malaysia menahan kesejukan...x boleh jadi nie..so my hubby & doter dpt beli jacket kat Citigate Outlet..myself beli kat Bossini, near the hostel... jom layan gambar..

COZZI HOTEL, TELUK KEMANG, PORT DICKSON

Last weeken, my beloved nephew, Muhammad Adib Amsyar came to Klang to visit his mother and his little sister, Ameera Arissa...what a surprise...his mother never informed me..on Friday nite, they stay overnite at my house together with my sister, Eka, who came from Dungun, Tganu..So my hubby and I decided to go the Port Dickson on Saturday..sume last minute arrangement..call few hotels...rooms are still available but can't booked..hv to walk in..so rushing like mad..siap2 apa yg patut..zoommm....using 1 car..fully packed..hehe..6 adults, 2 kids n 1 baby..

1st destination...Cozzi Hotel..we choose this hotel coz it's near to Dataran Teluk Kemang (walking distance)...so we can lepak at this Dataran at nite...coincidently that weken got concert..so layanlah..

My very personal view on this Cozzi Hotel
Pros:
1. Near beach/Dataran Teluk Kemang/restaurant (walking distance)
2. Have waterslides but open 1 hour only (morning & afternoon)
3. Big room & bathroom
4. Quite cheap. I hv choosen 7 people room (standard-no balcony for RM240) but was offered 7 people room with balcony (RM300 per nite)at RM240.00 as that was the last room available...what a lucky day for us.. The room consists of 2 king size beds & 3 single bed...


Cons
1. No kettle in the room - have to take boiled water at lobby but no thermos/jug provided to bring the bioled water- plactic mug
2. Aircond- centralised-cannot accomodate 1 big room. That's why they provide stand fan.
3. Bedsheet and comforter - got stained
4. Balcony - quite dirty

Overall : for a budget hotel, this hotel is acceptable by my family...the most important thing, we enjoy!!!
